The incumbent will participate in safety training, incident investigations, and ensure adherence to safety norms while managing internal and external civil works. Strong focus on upkeep of building infrastructure and OH&S practices.

Participating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations. Participating in emergency exercises Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence. Communicate and enforce DLF Safety standards, SOPs, and OH&S procedures within the team. Set and meet individual OH&S objectives aligned with organizational targets. Identify workplace risks, implement appropriate control measures, and communicate them effectively. Report and investigate all incidents, Near Miss Cases (NMCs), and Safety Observations (SOs) according to procedures. Ensure all work complies with the Permit to Work system and all necessary risk controls (OSRA, JSA, HIRA, TBT). Attend mandatory OH&S training as per the Training Needs Identification (TNI) and plan. Maintain and track OH&S documentation as per assigned responsibility. Authority in OH&S: To stop unsafe work immediately if a risk is identified. To report hazards or violations to higher authorities or HSE teams. To enforce the use of PPE, safety systems, and compliance with SOPs and PTW requirements. To participate in investigations and audits, suggesting improvements. To request training or retraining where gaps are identified. Accountability in OH&S: Accountable for ensuring all work activities are carried out in compliance with the DLF Safety Management System. Accountable for applying and monitoring all risk control measures in their scope of work. Accountable for maintaining OH&S documentation and ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Accountable for participation in safety forums, training, and investigations.
