ReNew is seeking a quality-focused professional in Gujarat to perform line audits, data compilation, and cross-functional improvement initiatives. The role involves MTM/SOP adherence, MSA activities, and MIS preparation for management reviews.

candidates should have knowledge of semiconductor physics and quality tools, and experience in problem solving across cell-line processes to improve yield and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic semiconductor physics and its application to cell line processes.
• Familiarity with quality core tools: SPC, CAPA, 8D, 7QC, FMEA, MSA, 3M.
• Understanding calibration and validation processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform line audits in each shift as per MQP/SOP/WI/ISO standards; compile reports.
• Prepare IPQC MIS and circulate daily reports; support weekly/monthly quality meetings.
• Lead improvement projects with cross-functional teams (Six Sigma, QCC).
• Provide data for NCs closure status and management reporting.
• Conduct MSA activities like gage R&R for inspection tools at defined intervals.

• Line audit in each shift as per defined MQP/SOP/WI/ISO STANDARD/Report Preparation
• EL ACTIVITY-Sample verification/Feedback to all concerned & DATA Compilation
• Calibration and Validation of cell tester for electrical, visual and EL criteria in each shift.
• Audit Finding Compilation and feedback to teams.
• IPQC MIS preparation & circulation as daily report
• To take up improvement projects along with cross functional teams
• Provide data for Weekly Quality Meetings regarding all the NCs and their closure status
• Provide data for Monthly IPQC MIS preparation
• To conduct MSA Activities like gage R&R for all inspection and measurement tools as per defined intervals.
• Should have knowledge of basic semiconductor physics (important for Cell line)
• Basic knowledge of Statistics & quality core tools (SPC, CAPA,8D, 7QC, FMEA, MSA, 3M)
• Knowledge of Calibration and Validation Process
• IPQC MIS preparation & circulation as daily report as well for management report

• To conduct MSA Activities like gage R&R for all inspection and measurement tools as per defined intervals.
• Should have experience in problem solving or multiple issues occur in Cell process to improve yield & efficiency
• Should have knowledge of all CTQ/CTP’s for each process of cell line.
