Customer Communication : Effectively communicate complex technical solutions and challenges to internal and external customers, ensuring clarity and understanding. Technical Transversal Sharing : Proactively share technical knowledge and best practices across teams and divisions, fostering collaboration and knowledge dissemination. Competencies: Technical Coaching and Mentoring : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Discipline Engineers, fostering their professional development and expertise. Design Standards Development : Leverage expertise to build, improve, and validate design standards for Newness levels 2-3, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Valeo's strategic objectives. Efficiency : Digitalization Roadmap Execution : Actively participate in the execution of the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap, identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and automation. Continuous Improvement : Analyze problem-solving outcomes to identify systemic issues and propose improvements to existing processes and methodologies. Innovation : Innovative Solution Development : Propose and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to engineering challenges, leveraging existing technologies and methodologies. Intellectual Property Protection : Identify patentable inventions arising from innovative solutions and actively participate in the patent filing process (IP).
