Job summary

Litmus7 is seeking a Senior Engineer - AIML to design, develop and scale AI-powered solutions. The role focuses on production-grade ML engineering, NLP pipelines, and generative AI capabilities across multiple domains.

You will work with modern frameworks on cloud platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI, deep learning, NLP and agentic AI concepts, with strong Python and cloud skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI development in production environments.
• Deep expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning and reinforcement learning.
• Strong skills in NLP including language models, text generation and sentiment analysis.
• Proven understanding of generative AI concepts such as diffusion models and transformers.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Langgraph, ADK, Autogen).
• Hands-on deployment of generative AI applications and ML pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable deployment.
• Ability to build NLP pipelines for text generation, summarization, translation etc.
• A degree in computer science, AI, statistics, math or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI development, building and deploying and scaling AI based solutions in production.
• Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques like supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
• Solid experience in natural language processing (NLP) - language models, text generation, sentiment analysis, etc.
