Job summary

Litmus7 is seeking a Senior AIML Engineer with hands-on experience in ML, DL and Generative AI to design, develop and deploy scalable AI solutions across domains.

You will build NLP pipelines, implement MLOps, and advance agentic AI applications using Langgraph, ADK and Autogen, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ML algorithms, DL, RL and related AI tech.
• Solid NLP experience with language models, text generation, sentiment analysis.
• Proficiency in generative AI concepts including diffusion models, transformers.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and practical real-world AI applications.
• Hands-on across ML deployment pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable ML deployment.
• Data processing, feature engineering and model training on large datasets.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, governance and risk mitigation.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices in ML systems.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Monitoring/analysing ML model performance and data quality.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI/Statistics/Math or related fields.
