Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking a Senior BPM Consultant for the BPM CoE to translate business priorities into governed, measurable BPM solutions using Bizagi and/or Pega.

You'll lead discovery, BPMN modeling, value cases, and coordinate Bizagi + Pega platforms, ensuring blueprinting, backlog management, UAT and handover, and proving outcomes through baselines and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BPM consulting and enterprise delivery.
• Hands-on Bizagi + Pega; challenges designs, not just schedules.
• BPMN 2.0, case/decisioning, APIs, data and control awareness.
• Executive facilitation, product ownership, change and coaching.

Responsibilities
