Synechron is seeking a Senior Engineer in Bengaluru to join a high-impact team working on strong React/TypeScript front-end, C#/NET back-end APIs, and robust testing. The role emphasizes building cloud-native, production-grade applications, advanced observability, and DevSecOps practices.

Ideal candidates have AI/agentic or conversational app exposure for Principal/Staff levels, including intent classification, orchestration and API/tool integration, plus strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Full Stack development experience using React/TypeScript and C#/.NET.
• Strong experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience delivering cloud-native, production-grade applications.
• Strong automated testing across unit, API, integration and end-to-end journeys.
• CI/CD, GitHub and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with production support, observability and troubleshooting.
• For Principal/Staff roles: experience designing or building AI/agentic or conversational applications, including intent classification, orchestration, API/tool integration and human escalation.
• Strong engineering design, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
