Synechron in Bengaluru is seeking a Staff Engineer with Full Stack + AI/integration and technical leadership. You will architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions, bridging React frontend with C#/.NET backend and orchestrating AI-driven integrations.

You will drive best practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and production support while mentoring engineers and collaborating across product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Full Stack development experience using React/TypeScript and C#/.NET.
• Strong experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience delivering cloud-native, production-grade applications.
• Strong automated testing across unit, API, integration and end-to-end journeys.
• CI/CD, GitHub and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with production support, observability and troubleshooting.
• For Principal/Staff roles: experience designing or building AI/agentic or conversational applications, including intent classification, orchestration, API/tool integration and human escalation.
• Strong engineering design, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités
