Job summary

Pinkerton in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Senior EHS Program Manager to lead and manage enterprise EHS programs under APAC guidance.

You will build and develop the India EHS team, implement the global EHS system, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 10–15 years of EHS leadership, ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Sc./B Tech or equivalent degree.
• Exposure to global EHS standards.
• ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 implementation experience as management representative.
• Lead or internal auditor course on ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 completed.
• 10–15 years of full EHS experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage audits and drive process improvements.

The Senior EHS Program Manager will work closely with the APAC Corporate EHS team.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Support Corporate EHS Lead with operational management of EHS programs in India.
• Manage and guide the Pinkerton EHS team in India.
• Work closely with the APAC Corporate EHS team including those from Pinkerton team in the region.
• Help implement the global Corp EHS management system in India and conduct regular EHS Management System audits to review the work of RE&F team.
• Work closely with the RE&F team to integrate localized environmental health safety guidelines, programs and training.
• Where required, Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment trainings for various stakeholders.
• Understand and analyze EHS data and information (EHS laws, regulations, benchmarking studies, industry best practices).
• Work with relevant stakeholders (GREF and Corporate Security) on the response to emergencies and significant disruptive events impacting corporate office buildings.
• Ensure incidents are being reported and investigate; advise on corrective and preventive actions and ensure completion. Review the trend analysis and develop and / or implement program to improve the processes.
• Ensure information on EHS policies are communicated, implemented and executed upon among employees, vendors and third-party contractors.
• Develop relevant programs which can help improve the EHS processes at corporate sites and communicate with relevant stakeholders for implementation.
• EHS Data management including standardization of data collection
• Has to be able to lead internal audits for sites based on various standards like British safety, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & OHSAS 18001,IS45001 , FASSAI regulations.
• Conduct audits in line with the business audit plan, with rigor and consistency, to identify deficiencies and drive improvements in the management of EHS
• Coordinate & work with APAC EHS team IH survey.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidate must have Sc./B Tech/Equivalent Degree . Candidate must have exposure to global EHS standard. ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 implementation experience as management representative. Must have completed lead/internal auditor course on ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Proven track record working and managing service sites. Candidate Should have the work experience of minimum 10-15 years in full fledged EHS role.
