Job summary

Otomeyt is seeking a talented integration engineer to design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications. The role involves working with Dynamics 365 CRM / Sales and leveraging Dataverse and D365 CRM APIs.

The successful candidate will use Azure Data Factory and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid), manage REST/SOAP APIs, perform data transformation and mapping, and utilize SQL for data needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.
• Work with Dynamics 365 CRM / Sales.
• Develop and support integrations using Dataverse and D365 CRM APIs.
• Use Azure Data Factory (ADF) for integration requirements.
• Work with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Perform data transformation and mapping.
• Work with SQL for integration and data requirements.
• Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Provide production and integration support.
• Troubleshoot integration-related issues.
