Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking a seasoned Full‑Stack Developer to build and maintain web apps using C#, .NET and React. You will implement robust APIs, work with Azure cloud services, and optimize data stores across SQL and NoSQL databases.

You will mentor teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure high‑quality deliverables while supporting the product with strong communication and leadership. Bengaluru hybrid work arrangement is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development with strong C# and JavaScript (React).
• Proven experience with Azure cloud services and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with containers and AI/ML services is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and high‑pressure environments.

Job description

Full-Stack Development

Location should be Bengaluru. Required to work from Client office twice in a week.

• Use TypeScript, React, and modern UI frameworks to develop and support web applications or single-page applications (SPAs).
• Develop robust APIs and backend services using C#/.NET for application-specific and enterprise-wide use.
• Strong experience with both relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB), including design, optimization, and integration in cloud-based applications.

Cloud & Architecture

• Design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and Azure AI services is useful for AI features and integration.

DevOps & Automation

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines as code using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Promote development standards through automation, code reviews, and release management.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to translate vision and requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Quality & Support

• Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and adherence to functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide Level 3 support for application incidents, including triaging, bug fixes, and patching.

Skills & Experience Required

• 6+ years of experience in software development with strong C#, and JavaScript (React preferred).
• Proven experience with Azure cloud services, databases, serverless architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and AI/ML services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• UI/UX experience is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Expertise in Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
