Qualifications

• Coordinates within the team in designing systems and apps.
• Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building products.
• Participates in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups.
• Participates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the product.
• Applies functional professional knowledge sharing, and contributes to the overall growth of the collective knowledge of the team.
• Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices.
• Coordinates support for software products in user environments.
• Participates in iteration planning meetings ensuring that the team has a common understanding of each story and chores in a teams backlog.
• Follow our DevOps deployment process to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
• Be capable of creating/managing story requirements, definition, development, testing and preparation for release.
• Apply best practices for coding to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Implement SecDevOps best practices to enhance security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with teams across the globe to ensure alignment and progress.
• Provide timely updates for assigned tasks in DevOps to maintain transparency and accountability
