Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Digital Design Engineer to drive the full design flow for complex mixed-signal products. You will lead RTL/DFT/Synthesis/STA/PnR efforts, define architectures, and collaborate with AMS/DMS verification, PD, and DV teams to ensure robust design solutions.

• Lead the definition of top-level architectures and develop detailed micro-architecture for various digital sub-modules.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of the digital design flow (RTL, DFT, Synthesis, STA, and PnR) for complex, highly integrated mixed-signal products.
• Define design development strategies to achieve on-time delivery while meeting aggressive performance, power, and area (PPA) targets.
• Lead the definition of top-level architectures and develop detailed micro-architecture for various digital sub-modules.
• Partner with AMS and DMS verification teams to ensure thorough functional coverage; collaborate with PD and DV teams to debug and optimize designs.
• Support silicon validation, test program development, and application-level debugging to ensure successful product rollout.
• Mentor team members, manage daily design challenges, and engage in high-level technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Work closely with System, Analog, Physical Design, and Test teams to ensure seamless, integrated product development.
