Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a senior Digital Design Engineer to drive the end-to-end digital design flow for advanced mixed-signal products in Bengaluru. You will work with world-class leaders and customers, delivering architectures and micro-architectures across RTL, DFT, Synthesis, STA, and PnR.

You will partner with AMS/DMS verification teams, PD, DV, and cross-functional groups to ensure on-time delivery and robust performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital design for complex mixed-signal products.
• Strong background in pre-silicon verification and diagnostic debug.
• Proven ability to lead design definition and implementation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of the digital design flow (RTL, DFT, Synthesis, STA, PnR) for complex mixed-signal products.
• Define design development strategies to achieve on-time delivery while meeting performance, power, and area targets.
• Lead the definition of top-level architectures and develop detailed micro-architecture for digital sub-modules.
• Partner with verification teams to ensure functional coverage and collaborate with PD and DV teams to optimize designs.
• Support silicon validation, test program development, and application-level debugging for product rollout.
• Mentor team members, manage design challenges, and engage with customers and stakeholders at high level.
• Work with System, Analog, Physical Design, and Test teams for integrated product development.

• Architecture & Micro-architecture: Lead the definition of top-level architectures and develop detailed micro-architecture for various digital sub-modules.
• Pre-Silicon Verification: Partner with AMS and DMS verification teams to ensure thorough functional coverage; collaborate with PD and DV teams to debug and optimize designs.
• Post-Silicon Support: Support silicon validation, test program development, and application-level debugging to ensure successful product rollout.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, manage daily design challenges, and engage in high-level technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with System, Analog, Physical Design, and Test teams to ensure seamless, integrated product development.
