Job summary

118-WW TMG MFG OPS is seeking a Digital Design Engineer to lead the digital design flow for advanced mixed-signal products. You will interact with cross-functional teams and customers, ensuring on-time delivery and robust design implementation.

The role requires strong Verilog/SystemVerilog skills, 5 years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of digital logic with exposure to analog IC design methods. Bengaluru-based, on-site work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of the digital design flow (RTL, DFT, Synthesis, STA, and PnR) for complex, highly integrated mixed-signal products.
• Define design development strategies to achieve on-time delivery while meeting aggressive performance, power, and area targets.
• Lead the definition of top-level architectures and develop detailed micro-architecture for various digital sub-modules.
• Partner with AMS and DMS verification teams to ensure thorough functional coverage; collaborate with PD and DV teams to debug and optimize designs.
• Support silicon validation, test program development, and application-level debugging to ensure successful product rollout.
• Mentor team members, manage daily design challenges, and engage in high-level technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Work closely with System, Analog, Physical Design, and Test teams to ensure seamless, integrated product development.

What will you be doing in this role?

Minimum requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience
