Job summary

Responsibilities

Monitor vehicle diagnostics and fault alerts (DTC/CAN)
Provide technical guidance to customers and drivers
Coordinate with dealers for issue resolution and breakdown support
Analyze vehicle performance data and prepare reports
Drive service excellence through proactive problem-solving
