Job summary

UST in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer / Technical Lead to drive design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, scalable cloud platform services.

You will mentor teams, build IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu, design CI/CD pipelines, strengthen cloud security, observability, and SRE practices, and collaborate with architects and product owners to deliver resilient solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in DevSecOps or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in IaC, CI/CD, and cloud security.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and cloud-native tech.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer / Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, scalable, and highly reliable cloud platform services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive DevSecOps and Platform Engineering best practices.
• Build and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines for accelerated software delivery.
• Strengthen cloud security, compliance, observability, and reliability.
• Mentor engineering teams on modern DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver resilient platform services.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Platforms, and Infrastructure Automation.
• Expertise in Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, Monitoring, Observability, and SRE practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Containers, and Cloud-native technologies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in Platform Engineering.
• Exposure to Automotive, SDV, or Vehicle Platform environments.
