Job summary

Terralogic in Bengaluru, Karnataka, invites applications for Senior DevOps Engineer to join our WFO team. The role focuses on Kubernetes, Rancher (RKE), Docker, and CI/CD, with hands-on management of containerized microservices and production support to improve platform reliability.

Ideal candidates will automate deployments, design scalable infrastructure, and work with YAML, Python, Bash, and Ansible to streamline operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes, RKE (Rancher Kubernetes Engine), Docker, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing containerized microservices, automating deployments, supporting production environments, and improving platform reliability.

Key responsibilities:

• Orchestrate/ Architect software apps required to Lead design of upgrades, downgrades and package of microservices in Kubernetes environment for development, production and post-production
• Package & Deploy the builds in Kubernetes environment using /Dockers/Virtual Machines/Ansibles[Sandbox & Production Nodes.]
• Handle production issues, support new microservice apps & database design for deployments in containerized environments
• Good at yaml, Python, Shell, Ansible Scripts
• Docker/container: Must know how to create docker images and create containers
• Must be familiar with JIRA, BITBUCKET, JENKINS
• Must know either of MySQL/Mongodb database management
• Domain : Microservice Applications

Value Add:

• Exposure to ELK, Kafka, Development experience
• ClickHouse , Influx DB expertise, Good understanding of Janusgraph
• Well-versed with microservices and microfrontend architecture
• Ability to perform Scans and CVE checks and figure our critical findings

• Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture
• Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques
• Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements
• Ability to design and code complex programs and troubleshooting skills
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Additional Information
