What you'll do
As a CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer, you will help us design, operate, and evolve our developer platform to ensure availability, scalability, security, and developer productivity. You will also play a key role in integrating AI‑driven workflows, intelligent automation, and developer agents into our platform.
Key Accountabilities
- Evaluate, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD tools, AI‑assisted development workflows, and platform capabilities
- Configure and maintain CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, and their infrastructure on GCP (Linux)
- Design and implement AI‑powered developer productivity solutions, including developer assistants and AI agents for CI/CD, debugging, and operational tasks
- Automate repetitive workflows using LLM‑based tooling
- Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks to enable secure, structured interactions between AI systems and internal tools/services
- Build and maintain internal developer platforms that expose infrastructure and services via APIs and self‑service capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues across CI/CD and platform systems
- Collaborate with development teams to improve developer experience (DevEx), release velocity, and system reliability
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure safe adoption of AI, including data protection, access control, and auditability
- Develop and maintain documentation for CI/CD processes, platform services, and AI‑enabled workflows
- Monitor, measure, and optimize system performance, cost, and usage patterns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Information Science, Computer Science, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Strong expertise in Jenkins, Linux, and GCP
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, Helm)
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Cloud)
- Solid understanding of security best practices (IAM, encryption, secrets management, certificates)
- Strong scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience or strong interest in AI/LLM integration in developer workflows
- Familiarity with agent‑based systems, automation frameworks, or developer copilots
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches to tool/LLM integration
- Experience building or integrating APIs, internal developer platforms, or self‑service tooling
- Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging tools in the AI + DevOps ecosystem
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in complex distributed systems
- Customer‑oriented and self‑motivated mindset
- High interest in continuous learning (especially in AI, automation, and platform engineering)
- Fluent in English
