Job summary

Aditi Tracking is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer in Mumbai (onsite) to own infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production reliability for a multi-tenant SaaS platform in the fleet and transport sector.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend (Node.js/NestJS) and frontend (React), own containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and manage cloud infrastructure with AWS/Azure/GCP, plus monitoring, security hardening, and DR/rollback strategies.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands‑on DevOps/Infrastructure engineering experience with ownership of production systems at scale.
• Experience supporting a live, multi‑tenant SaaS product, not just internal tooling or single‑tenant apps.
• Proficient in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for backend and frontend deployments.
• Strong knowledge of containerization, cloud provisioning, security hardening, and monitoring.

Role Overview:
We're building an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platform for the fleet and transport industry, and we need someone who owns the infrastructure, deployment pipeline, and production reliability end-to-end not someone who just "manages servers" while engineers figure out deployment on their own. You'll be the person who makes sure what the backend and frontend teams build actually ships safely, scales under real load, and stays up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend (Node.js/NestJS) and frontend (React) deployments
• Own containerization strategy — Docker images, Kubernetes orchestration, scaling policies
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) — provisioning, cost optimization, security hardening
• Own monitoring, logging, and alerting — you should know about an outage before a customer does
• Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and rollback strategies for a production multi-tenant system
• Work directly with the Solutions Architect on infrastructure decisions that affect system architecture (multi-tenancy isolation, database scaling, etc.)
• Manage secrets, access control, and security compliance across environments
• Reduce deployment friction — engineers should be able to ship confidently, not fear deployment day

Required Experience

• 5–8 years of hands‑on DevOps/Infrastructure engineering, with demonstrated ownership of production systems at scale (not just following existing runbooks)
• Experience supporting a live, multi‑tenant SaaS product — not just internal tooling or a single‑tenant app

Required Skills

• Docker, Kubernetes (production‑grade, not tutorial‑level)
• CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent)
• Strong hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
• Linux systems administration, networking fundamentals
• Monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or equivalent)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL scaling/replication in production
• Security compliance exposure (SOC2, ISO 27001, or similar)
• Prior experience in SaaS or high‑availability systems

Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
