Job summary

Softflow Solutions is seeking a DevOps/SRE expert to own platform workloads, design EKS clusters, and build robust CI/CD with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. You will drive observability using Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, and OpenTelemetry, while leading FinOps reviews and incident response.

You will mentor 2–3 engineers across pods, helping optimize reliability and delivery. Hybrid from Hyderabad or remote across India is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production DevOps / SRE roles.
• Strong Terraform (or Pulumi) and at least one major cloud (AWS / GCP).
• Solid Linux, networking, and debugging fundamentals.
• Comfortable with at least one programming language (Go, Python, TypeScript).
• Strong written communication; you can write a runbook an intern can follow.

Responsibilities

Own the platform that ships our client work — CI/CD, observability, cost, and the occasional 3am page. Help four cross-functional pods ship safely every week.

What you'll do
