Job summary

ZenoCloud operates from Noida, India, delivering managed infrastructure for clients in India and the US. You will design and run AWS environments, build CI/CD pipelines, and manage on-call incident response. AI-enhanced tooling is used daily to automate runbooks and reviews.

You will own end-to-end infrastructure, work with clients on architecture decisions, and document runbooks and postmortems for the team to follow.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of DevOps or SRE experience.
• Extensive production AWS experience with EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS) and Ansible.
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch or New Relic.
• Clear writing for runbooks and client updates.

Responsibilities

We run managed infrastructure for businesses in India and the US. When a client environment breaks at 2am, our engineers fix it.

You design and run the AWS infrastructure behind that: provisioning, automation, monitoring and incident response. You own systems end to end. This is not a ticket-closing role.

Every engineer here uses AI tools daily, for infrastructure code, incident analysis, runbooks and automation. If you see AI as a multiplier, read on.

What you’ll do
