Job summary

SoftFlow Solutions in Hyderabad (Hybrid, India) seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the platform that ships client work—CI/CD, observability, cost, and a 3am page. Help four cross-functional pods ship safely every week.

You’ll design and operate Kubernetes clusters, build GitHub Actions + ArgoCD pipelines, and own monitoring with Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry. Expect 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, Terraform, AWS/GCP, Linux fundamentals, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production DevOps / SRE roles.
• Strong Terraform (or Pulumi) and at least one major cloud (AWS / GCP).
• Production Kubernetes — operators, Helm, GitOps.
• Solid Linux, networking, and debugging fundamentals.
• Comfortable with at least one programming language (Go, Python, TypeScript).
• Strong written communication; you can write a runbook an intern can follow.

Responsibilities

• Build and harden GitHub Actions + ArgoCD pipelines with progressive delivery.

• Mentor 2–3 engineers across product pods on infra and reliability.
