Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Expert-level Kubernetes and Docker proficiency.
• HA/replication experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Helm chart development.
• Proficiency with ArgoCD, Prometheus+Grafana (PromQL), and Apache Kafka.
• Strong Linux administration, scripting (Bash, Python, Go), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Vault and Traefik ingress controller.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage advanced CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD GitOps).
• Deploy and operate highly available PostgreSQL & MySQL clusters.
• Manage Kong API Gateway and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Operate and enhance monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and ensure security compliance.
• Manage Kafka clusters, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Mentor junior engineers and deploy new open-source platforms end-to-end.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate a modern cloud-native platform that supports mission-critical applications and data services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes-based infrastructure, GitOps practices, CI/CD automation, database administration, observability, and platform security.

You will play a key role in driving platform reliability, scalability, and developer productivity while mentoring junior engineers and adopting open-source technologies to enhance our engineering ecosystem.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ yearsin DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

• Expert-level Kubernetes (deployments, StatefulSets, RBAC, CRDs) and Docker.
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL (HA, replication) and Helm chart development.
• Proficiency with ArgoCD, Prometheus + Grafana (PromQL), and Apache Kafka.
• Strong Linux administration, scripting (Bash, Python, Go), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault and Traefik ingress controller.
