Job summary

CLSA in Pune seeks a Senior Development Manager for Fund Ops IT. You will lead hands-on development and testing across multiple projects, while promoting a TDD culture and automation.

The role covers analysis through production capacity planning, applying best practices in development and support, and a willingness to learn new technologies. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of enterprise Java experience, BFSI exposure, Unix OS proficiency, and strong skills in Spring, Maven, and messaging

Qualifications

• Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• 10 to 15 years hands-on experience building enterprise applications.
• Strong Core Java skills with BFSI domain experience.
• Unix OS knowledge (Solaris, Linux, etc.).
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket and code management.
• Messaging systems knowledge (JMS, Solace, EMS, MQ, etc.).
• Relational database skills (Oracle, SQL).
• Understanding of design patterns and Spring framework (Boot, Integration, Batch, Actuator).
• Maven experience for builds and CI.
