1. AI & Agentic Solutions Expertise

• Strong technical depth in AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Hands‑on experience designing and developing AI-powered agents.
• Experience implementing enterprise‑grade AI solutions in production environments.
• Ability to define solution architecture and make design decisions.

2. Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
• Experience integrating and leveraging Copilot APIs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Agents and extensibility capabilities.

3. Azure AI Technologies

• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI Services.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building AI applications on Azure.

4. Development & Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of .NET/C#.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Application integration and API development experience.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, enterprise‑grade solutions.

5. Architecture & Advisory Skills

• Ability to architect end‑to‑end AI/Copilot solutions.
• Experience guiding technical and architecture decisions.

• Experience working with System Integrator (SI) partners.
