Job summary

Dyninno is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to build and own customer-facing and internal products end to end. This frontend-heavy role centers on React, component architecture, and the widgets and apps that customers and agents touch, backed by solid Node.js skills to design and own the services those frontends depend on.

You will work in a small, autonomous product team alongside QA and a product owner, shipping features that go to production frequently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with deep React expertise.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and async patterns.
• Experience shipping embeddable widgets or component libraries is a plus.
• Comfort with UI ecosystems and component-driven development with Storybook.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern web tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship complex React UIs, libraries, and widgets with performance and accessibility in mind.
• Build embeddable widgets distributed via CDN for third-party pages.
• Work with micro-frontend patterns to compose product areas from independent pieces.
• Publish internal npm libraries and data providers with Storybook-driven documentation.
• Design and build Node.js services for features, including auth and API integration, end to end.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to build and own customer-facing and internal products end to end. This is primarily a frontend-heavy role youll spend most of your time deep in React, component architecture, and the widgets and apps that customers and agents actually touch backed by solid Node.js skills to design and own the services those frontends depend on.

You will work in a small, autonomous product team alongside QA and a product owner, shipping features that go to production frequently. This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership of design decisions, not a ticket-execution role.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship complex React UIs component libraries, embeddable widgets, and full applications with an eye for performance, accessibility, and reuse.
• Build and maintain embeddable, CDN-distributed widgets (ESM/IIFE) consumed by third-party or partner-facing pages.
• Work with micro-frontend patterns (Module Federation), where a product area is composed of independently built and deployed pieces.
• Author and publish internal npm component and data-provider libraries, with Storybook-driven development so components stay documented and reusable across teams.
• Design and build the Node.js services your features depend on (Express/Nest/Fastify, or Next.js API routes for lighter cases) — auth, data access, integration with external APIs — owned end to end: design, implementation, tests, shipping it. [moderate depth, not infra-expert]
• Contribute to architecture discussions and help set technical direction, especially on the frontend/widget side.
• Review peers' code with substance, and raise the quality bar on testing, observability, and maintainability.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, and work with product/QA to break requirements into deliverable increments, flagging risk early.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with deep, demonstrable expertise in React — this is the core of the role.
• React: strong command of hooks, component architecture, state management, performance optimization, and micro-frontend patterns for composing large applications across teams.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals — async patterns, module design, error handling, performance.
• Experience shipping embeddable widgets or component libraries consumed outside your own app — CDN-distributed, npm-published, or both.
• Comfortable across UI ecosystems (shadcn/Radix, MUI, Mantine, or similar) and component-driven development with Storybook.
• Solid Node.js proficiency — comfortable designing and building a real service (Express/Nest/Fastify), not just wiring route handlers: request/response, auth, and integrating external APIs (moderate depth).
• Working database skills — can design a reasonable schema and write efficient queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB); deep indexing/optimisation work is not the focus.
• Working exposure to Docker/containers, message queues or event-driven patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), and basic observability tooling — enough to deploy, debug via logs and metrics, and reason about these day to day; deep platform/infra engineering such as Kubernetes administration or distributed-systems design at scale is not expected (moderate depth).
• Practical testing habits, Git-based workflows, code review, and CI/CD.
• Clear written and spoken English, and comfort working with distributed teams across time zones.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Nx or similar monorepo tooling for managing multiple apps/widgets/libraries together.
• Travel domain experience — GDS, NDC, or supplier/aggregator integrations.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development.
