Job summary

Techno Compass Consulting in Chennai, India is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to collect and document requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, and translate needs into user stories and process maps. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing and expert in BRD/FRD creation and development
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and charts.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organised with strong time-management skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Identify process improvements for customer support operations.

• Communicate requirements to technical teams and stakeholders.
