Senior Designer – BIM

As our new Senior Designer – BIM you will be part of a world‑class engineering design centre in Bengaluru, collaborating with global offices to provide optimized design solutions.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate with project managers and engineers for BIM modelling and drawing tasks.
• Create detailed drawings for a range of projects and mentor other drafting team members.
• Ensure technical correctness and timely delivery of drawings and 3D models of high quality.
• Assist the project team in developing and implementing drafting standards.
• Improve the efficiency and productivity of the modelling and drafting team.
• Exercise self‑discipline and professional work ethics.
• Respect and follow company policies and procedures.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field with more than 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for 2D and 3D modelling.
• Knowledge of European detailing and modelling standards desirable.
• Experience preparing drawings for transportation projects (bridges, road, railway, metro, etc.).
• Experience preparing General Arrangement Drawings, Steel/Concrete detailing, 3D models, and BOQs.
• Knowledge of concrete and structural steel detailing standards.
• Experience on international projects.
• Self‑motivated team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible attitude and ability to meet frequently changing deadlines.
• Proficient professional English language and communication skills.
• Preference for candidates with German language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
