Role Overview

You will bring your strong knowledge of MicroStation 2D & 3D into play as you are responsible for providing drafting support for technically challenging projects. Technicians will create 2D drawings, models and 3D models, ensuring the technical quality of their work and focusing on compliance with project objectives and quality standards.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work on various design stage drawings for a range of projects to create 2D and 3D models and support other members of the drafting team.
• Prepare Road Design related drawings (Plan & Profile, cross sections, roundabout, junction, interchange, GA drawings) in 2D and 3D in the MicroStation environment.
• Coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for drafting work in each project.
• Ensure technical correctness and timely delivery of drawings and documents.
• Prepare all types of road and junction drawings, including utility modelling.
• Document and report, model utilities.
• Exercise self‑discipline and work ethics.
• Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
• Carry out self‑checks of your works as per company policy.
• Maintain filled‑up documentation for all models and drawings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI trained professional with 5 to 7 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of MicroStation 2D & 3D and any other design software such as AutoCAD.
• Experience in preparing general arrangement drawings, plan and profile, layouts, setting‑out drawings of urban/rural roads, road junctions, road signages, and drainage drawings.
• Experience on international projects.
• Self‑motivated, team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Flexible attitude and able to meet frequently changing deadlines.
• Committed to personal and professional development, with willingness to widen experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD applications.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
