Job summary

International Flavours & Fragrances India Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned professional to lead its BBC application team in flavors/beverage applications, driving projects from concept to commercialization onsite.

You will manage timelines, partner with cross-functional teams, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring food safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in a similar role within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or flavor industry.
• At least 3+ years of team management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, quality systems and regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficient with MS Office and IS systems.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in similar role within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or flavor industry. Atleast 3+ years of team management experience. Knowledge of food safety, GMP, quality systems and regulations. Good communication skills both written and verbal. English language is essential. Good operation skill of Microsoft Office System and company IS system. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of Beverage and Dairy applications, formulation, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting.
