IFF Bengaluru on-site Senior Designer - Bakery, Bars & Confectionery leads a high-performing BBC application team, driving customer projects from concept to commercialization.

You will develop bakery, snack bar, confectionery prototypes; partner with cross-functional teams; lead customer presentations, workshops and demonstrations; build capability and manage priorities, resources and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related discipline.
• 15–20 years in a similar role in food manufacturing/ingredients or flavor industry.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, quality systems, and regulations.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
