Job summary

WITH LOVE NILMA, a Bengaluru-based creative studio, seeks a Senior Event Designer to lead end-to-end design projects from concept through production delivery, ensuring brand alignment and high-quality visuals.

You will mentor junior designers, present ideas to clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while refining design systems and maintaining consistency across touchpoints. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and layout for digital and print applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketchup 3D, Figma or similar).
• Experience leading design projects, collaborating with clients, and presenting ideas clearly and confidently.
• Ability to mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high design standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, floral design & space design skills, and a strong sense of composition and color.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Interest in contemporary design trends, brand storytelling, and creating thoughtful, user-centered visual experiences.

Role Description
