We are seeking a brand-driven Senior Designer with 3–5 years of experience for one of our clients based out of Noida, preferably from a branding, advertising, or creative agency background, who can operate within structured teams while adapting to a fast-paced creative environment. This role requires a designer who thinks beyond execution—someone capable of translating brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and executing them consistently across digital and offline formats. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in typography, composition, hierarchy, and layout, and is experienced in building scalable design systems including brand identities, digital frameworks, and visual languages. They should be comfortable working across a wide range of outputs such as logos, brand guidelines, packaging, social media systems, website layouts, presentations, campaigns, and print. Collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and clients is essential, as is the ability to guide junior designers when needed. Familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in emerging creative technologies is expected. We value designers who take ownership, understand design intent, maintain high attention to detail, and bring a strong, versatile portfolio demonstrating expertise across identity, digital systems, and campaign work.
