- Experience in leading power electronic product design and development projects
- Good knowledge on electronic product design and development process, from requirement till delivery.
- Strong fundamentals in Semiconductor switches (MOSEFT, IGBT), Gate drivers, Passive components, ADC/DAC, Filters, connectors, PCBs, Parasitic and magnetic components
- Fundamentals of electronics components, analog and digital circuits
- Hands on experience with any one of the Power converter design and analysis (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-AC).
- Good understanding of Sensors(Position, temperature, Gyro Sensor, RTD, Current sensor, Resolver, Motor Encoder etc), Solenoids, BLDC/PMSM motors, RL/Electronic loads & Dynamometers etc.
- Hands on experience Signal conditioning, OP Amp, Filters , ADC front end
- Hands on experience Schematics update using Mentor graphics and PCB design / Layout review
- Hands on experience with Power estimations, thermal management solutions and their implications on EMI/EMC (DO-160, MIL- STD-461/704)
- Experience in serial protocol such as CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, etc.
- Expert in using lab test equipment such as DMM, oscilloscope, data logger
- Hands on with writing test plans, procedures and reports
- Motor controller development using high performance microcontrollers/FPGA is preferred.
- Good Communication, document writing and Presentation skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electricals, instrumentation, communications and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience OR
- Advance degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
