Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to own the memory subsystem micro-architecture and RTL. You will collaborate with HW architects, verification teams, and backend groups to deliver high-performance, power-efficient designs for GPUs and SOCs.

Ideal candidates have BS/MS or equivalent, 4+ years of RTL experience, and strong Verilog with exposure to full ASIC design flow, S/W and FPGA prototyping as needed. Hybrid work model in India.
