Job summary

Magna International in Pimpri-Chinchwad, India, is seeking a CAD design engineer skilled in Catia V5 to contribute to foam pad design and trim development for automotive seating systems.

You will work on foam manufacturing processes, plastics knowledge, and ensure designs meet OEM requirements, with strong collaboration across global teams. Excellent communication and data management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Catia V5 for automotive seating design.
• Experience with foam pad design considering manufacturability and tooling."
• Knowledge of trim cover development and trim attachments.
• Understanding of foam manufacturing processes and testing methods.
• Familiarity with plastics used in seating components.
• Data management best practices and document control.
