Job summary

Epiroc mining India private limited in Nashik is seeking a design engineer to prepare 2D drawings and 3D assembly drawings using Creo, and to perform BOM changes and ECNs.

You will apply GD&T, material selection and tolerance stack-up principles, perform design calculations, and present your work for reviews. ISO document maintenance and timely reporting are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency with Creo or similar CAD tools.
• Understanding of BOM, ECN processes and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D assembly drawings using Creo.
• Perform/check BOM changes and ECNs.
• Apply GD&T, material selection and tolerance stack-up principles.
• Perform/check design calculations as required.
• Self-check and present work for internal/external reviews.
• Maintain project documents as per ISO procedures.
• Take responsibility for large or complex field or production issues.
• Report to Team Manager in a timely manner.
