Micron Technology, Inc. in Hyderabad invites experienced engineers to join our memory design and verification team.

You will lead a group focused on DRAM, memory products, and IPs, contributing to design, layout, and optimization across memory/logic/analog circuits. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional groups to ensure manufacturability, rigorous verification using industry-standard simulators, and driving innovation in next-generation memory technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PG in Electronics Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of new DRAM, emerging memory products and IPs by enabling the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits
• Supporting design validation & verification, reticle experiments and required tape-out revisions
• Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators
• Contributing to cross group communication to work towards standardization and group success
• Working with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure proper manufacturability of product
• Proactively solicit inputs from Standards, CAD, modeling, Technology Development groups to ensure the design quality and reliability
• Driving innovation into the future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment.

• Contributing to the development of new DRAM, emerging memory products and IP’s by enabling the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits

Successful Candidates For This Position Will Have

• Experience leading a team of young engineers and technical subject matter experts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design and verification peers in verbal and written form
• A mindset and passion for continuous learning, innovation, success, and enabling others to do the same
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Extensive knowledge of Custom Circuit Design, Analog Design, Verification and Layout
• Knowledge about complete product design and development flow including:
• Memory Design
• Power network development & analysis
• Reliability analysis and improvements
• State machine modelling, design and verification
• Verification methodologies and frameworks including behavioral modeling, Timing analysis, equivalence check
• Familiarity with a scripting language (Python, Tcl, Perl, etc)
• Familiarity with various memory design architectures
• Good exposure to various CAD tools

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field
• 3+ years of experience
