Job summary

RevCare Analytics Inc. is seeking a senior Demand Planner with 8-10 years of experience in demand planning within FMCG/Manufacturing sectors. You will lead forecasting, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams to drive IBP processes and improve forecast accuracy.

Experience with Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP/S4HANA or JDE is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for stakeholder management across functions.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of demand planning experience.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong demand forecasting and statistical analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis (preferred).
• Experience with S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Strong understanding of forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and demand planning KPIs.
