Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking a Delivery Excellence Technical Lead (DETL) in Hyderabad to strengthen our delivery ecosystem. You’ll identify enablement needs, share current Pega know-how, and drive practical skill growth across delivery teams and partners.

Enablement may occur via workshops, webinars, documentation, or 1:1 mentoring. You’ll promote the Blueprint Delivered Methodology to practitioners and collaborate with ecosystem peers to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience on Pega projects.
• CSSA or equivalent advanced Pega certification.
• Strong desire to share knowledge and build others’ skills.
• Experience with Digital Process Automation, CRM and Generative/Agentic AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify enablement needs and provide current Pega knowledge to our delivery ecosystem.
• Deliver enablement via workshops, webcasts, documentation, course content, or 1:1 project mentoring.

What You'll Do At Pega

The Delivery ExcellenceTechnical Lead (DETL) supports our delivery ecosystem to help partners and clients deliver strong outcomes with Pega technology. This individual’s job is to identify enablement needs and provide current Pega technical knowledge to our delivery ecosystem in order to improve practice capability. Enablement may be delivered via workshops, webcasts, documentation, course content, or 1:1 project mentoring. This role works with the Partner Delivery Success Manager, Blueprint Delivered team and others to understand the ecosystem enablement requirements for the organization, industry and region and supports enablement to fit those requirements. The DETL promotes awareness and usage of the “Blueprint Delivered Methodology” (defined delivery process best practices) to practitioners in their portfolio. He or she works with ecosystem counterparts to support the development of technical Pega skills within the delivery ecosystem. He or she helps integrate Pega delivery best practices into partner and client methodology to improve delivery outcomes. The DETL supports project success via workshops and advisory engagements.

Who You Are

• A technical contributor with 7-10 years on Pega projects


• CSSA or alternative advanced Pega certification


• A strong desire to share knowledge and build others’ skills


• Technical acumen with enterprise software – experience with Digital Process Automation, CRM and Generative and Agentic AI is preferred


• Ability to work independently while collaborating across an organization
