Job summary

Pega Consulting India (PCI) seeks an experienced Lead System Architect to guide the technical design of Pega applications across multiple client projects. You will ensure architecture aligns with business goals while collaborating with delivery teams and clients.

You will also mentor engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to a culture that embraces AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OO techniques and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience leading in Agile/Scrum and engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design solutions for Pega applications and integrations.

As a member of the Pega Consulting (GTM) India team, you will work closely with our project teams and clients to provide that the technical architecture oversight of the delivered solution matches the clients requirements. They collaborate directly with our clients and Pega development as well as Experience Design teams to provide technical design solutions.

You will provide thought leadership and Pega-specific application design guidance on multiple clients facing implementation projects.

What Youll Do at Pega:

• Responsible for the technical design solutions of the Pega applications, integration, and project workflow of various Pega projects using Pega Infinity, Pega Mobile, and Pega Strategic Apps
• Responsible for technical deliverables
• Ability to interact with a wide range of internal/external users and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage constructive criticisms and feedback and to positively apply this feedback.
• Ability to explain the reasoning behind the architectural decision based on enterprise and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and collaborative skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated polished and professional demeanour.
• Ability to demonstrate to the stakeholders, the power of using Pega OOTB in meeting business objectives.

Who You Are:

• You are a hands-on, collaborative individual with experience collaborating with technical architects, business users, and engineers.
• 10-15 yearsexperience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise level business solutions and applications.
• Experience leading in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
• Achieved a Pega Lead System Architect Certification (CLSA)
• Familiarity with the various technical landscapes of multi-channel business architectures including CRM, web, mobile, legacy, and 3rd-party software systems and the key linkages between them.
