Job Description

We are hiring experienced Senior Database Developers and Lead Database Developers to design, develop, optimize, and maintain scalable SQL-based database solutions for enterprise applications and data platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL Server/Azure SQL Database, T-SQL development, ETL processes, database design, performance tuning, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server/Azure SQL Database solutions.
• Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, CTEs, temporary tables, and table-valued parameters.
• Design and manage database objects including tables, indexes, constraints, primary/foreign keys, and schemas.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data ingestion pipelines.
• Process and transform JSON/XML and other semi-structured data into relational database structures.
• Design relational data models and maintain master/reference data.
• Perform query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and security across development, testing, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent performance improvements.
• Collaborate with application developers, data engineers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support database deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes using Git/Azure DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews and establish database development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on SQL/database development.

Required Skills
