• 10+ years of experience in database architecture, with a strong focus on PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance PostgreSQL database architectures tailored to organizational needs.
• Develop and enforce database standards, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Lead the planning, development, and deployment of database solutions, including data modeling, schema design, and capacity planning.
• Analyze and optimize database performance, including indexing, query optimization, and resource management.
• Conduct regular performance monitoring and tuning to ensure optimal database efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies for database partitioning, sharding, and load balancing.
• Oversee database administration tasks, including backup and recovery, disaster recovery planning, and replication.
• Manage database security, including user roles, permissions, and data encryption.
• Ensure database compliance with industry standards and regulations.
