Job summary

Genpact is seeking an experienced ML/AI professional to design, develop, and implement machine learning, AI, and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.

You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring, and collaborate with business and technology teams to productionize AI/ML solutions in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying ML/AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ML/AI models to solve business problems.
• Work across end-to-end ML lifecycle: data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data engineering, and other stakeholders to productionize AI/ML solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML and Deep Learning techniques.
• Independently drive assigned projects from problem definition through model development and implementation.

Job description

• Design, develop, and implement Machine Learning, AI, and Deep Learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Work hands-on across the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Apply machine learning algorithms such as regression, Random Forest, decision trees, clustering, classification, and other supervised/unsupervised techniques.
• Develop and implement Neural Network and Deep Learning models for appropriate business use cases.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate ML/AI approaches and solutions.
• Implement ML/AI solutions in an enterprise environment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business impact.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical and ML metrics and continuously optimize models.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data engineering, and other stakeholders to deploy AI/ML solutions into production.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML and Deep Learning techniques and identify opportunities to apply them to enterprise problems.
• Independently drive assigned projects from problem definition through model development and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and Deep Learning.
• Proven experience in enterprise implementation of ML/AI solutions; candidates with only academic/research exposure would not be ideal.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:
• Classification algorithms
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model selection, feature engineering, model validation, and optimization.
• Experience taking ML models from development to implementation/production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
