Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience.
• 3+ years in exploratory data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling.

• 2+ years domain experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Banking.
• 2+ years working with ML frameworks and cloud platforms.
• 3+ years handling numeric, imaging, and textual data wrangling.
• 1+ year mentoring junior team members.

This is an IC4 individual contributor role that requires both technical depth and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis, build and optimize classification/regression models, and create visualizations.
• Work with numeric, imaging, and textual data for wrangling and insights.
• Apply statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science solutions and ML services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively learn new technologies, and adapt to evolving data science methodologies.
• Mentor junior members and contribute to the team’s knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications
