Zone IT Solutions is seeking a Lead Data Scientist / AI-ML Lead to drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML/DL and AI solutions for complex business and industrial use cases across Bangalore, Pune and Delhi.

You will define modeling strategies, lead the data science lifecycle, and mentor teams on Python, experimentation, and model reliability, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate problems into measurable AI/ML outcomes and evaluating GenAI technologies.

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist / AI-ML Lead to drive the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced ML/DL and AI solutions for complex business and industrial use cases.

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of ML/DL solutions across structured, time-series, and unstructured data.
• Define modeling strategies using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Optimization, and LLMs.
• Drive the complete data science lifecycle including data preparation, EDA, feature engineering, model validation, and monitoring.
• Lead MLOps and production deployments on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Develop advanced analytics, optimization, and decision-support/prescriptive models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor data science teams on Python, experimentation, and model reliability.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate business problems into measurable AI/ML solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML and GenAI/LLM technologies, leading POCs and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python and Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
• Experience with LLMs/GenAI, Computer Vision, Time Series, and Optimization.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and production ML deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS.
