What You'll Do
As a Senior Data Science Engineer, you will:
AI & Data Science Innovation
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI-driven solutions.
- Build intelligent data pipelines and scalable AI platforms supporting Sabre's core products.
- Drive research initiatives and prototype next-generation AI solutions for the travel industry.
- Explore emerging technologies including Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Conversational AI.
Advanced Analytics & Optimization
- Develop mathematical optimization models and machine learning algorithms.
- Solve complex business challenges in areas such as travel retailing, airline operations, network planning, and workflow automation.
- Build customer intent recognition and personalized recommendation systems.
Production AI Engineering
- Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems on cloud-native platforms.
- Implement best practices in MLOps, model governance, and lifecycle management.
- Convert research prototypes into production-grade, high-performance applications.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to define AI strategy and execution.
- Influence adoption of innovative AI technologies across the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists while promoting engineering excellence.
