Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Sr. Data Program Manager Stakeholder Management in Bengaluru, to bridge business and technology teams and drive data initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end enterprise data and analytics programs, align objectives with strategic priorities, manage milestones and risks, and present updates to senior leadership and steering committees.

Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and governance teams to ensure delivery excellence and value realization.

Job description

Sr. Data Program Manager Stakeholder Management

Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into data initiatives. Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and executive leadership teams. Present program updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees. Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

Data & Technology Programs

Lead initiatives involving Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI & Analytics, Cloud Migration, AI/ML, and Data Governance. Oversee the implementation of modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and GCP. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution design and execution strategies. Drive adoption of Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric architectures where applicable.

Program Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs. Define program objectives, scope, milestones, roadmaps, and success metrics. Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Develop and execute program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Drive successful delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.
