The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing logical and physical data models for Data Warehouse and Data Mart layers. The role requires strong experience in creating and maintaining Source-to-Target Mapping documents and working with data across policy, claims, and financial domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Logical and Physical Data Models for Data Warehouse and Data Mart layers in Snowflake.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and optimized data models.
• Ensure data models align with enterprise data architecture standards and business requirements.
• Support the development of robust and scalable data structures for analytical and reporting needs.

Source-to-Target Mapping

• Create and maintain comprehensive Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents.
• Ensure accurate mapping of source data elements to target data structures.
• Define source and target relationships, transformation rules, business rules, and data mappings.
• Validate mappings to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Domain Data Management

• Work extensively with data related to policy, claims, and financial domains.
• Understand business data requirements and translate them into effective data modelling solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues.

Data Warehouse & Snowflake

• Design data models supporting enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Mart environments.
• Leverage Snowflake capabilities to develop scalable and high-performance data solutions.
• Ensure data models support reporting, analytics, and downstream data consumption requirements.
